Tony's Off Third pulls Kimbo espresso for its lattes and cappuccinos, and brewed coffee comes in individual pots. To go with it, there are pastries, scones, muffins, coffee cake and sticky buns, plus quiche if you want something savory. There's an outdoor fountain courtyard and wifi, and pets are welcome.

Divine Naples Coffee & Wine serves Julius Meinl coffee, from espresso to cappuccino. Breakfast and lunch are on the menu, and wine and craft beer are poured too. There's an outdoor patio and wifi.
